this would constitute a good attack on SunOS 4.1.3 machines with serial
consoles, if it had the right term codes in it ie wyse50 or some such.
this is because if the serial console hangs on a 4.1.3 machine, it also
hangs the processor (dont know why but it does). but then this same thing
could be done by cat nasty.codes.file /dev/console if you were on the
machine.
